Return
We do not offer refunds. However, if the purchased item is not suitable, we will be happy to exchange it under certain conditions.
Exchange
To exchange an item, please send us an email with the order number, the item and the desired size at service@cuirartem.ca
The exchanged item must be in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product cannot be resold or does not meet our requirements. The item must be exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Please note that freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
It may take 3-5 business days for the exchange to be processed after it is received. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your request has been processed.
Personalized items
We do not offer the option to return or exchange personalized items. This includes special orders and items engraved with initials or custom messages.
